Having danced professionally for over a decade, I understand the profound impact of feeling physically at my best. However, I also know the challenges of injuries and chronic low-back pain related to dance. My approach to fitness is deeply personal and client-focused, aiming to help my clients achieve their physical peak. I exclusively use methods I trust and apply to myself. Pilates, in particular, has been instrumental in maintaining my back health, which is why I have dedicated my professional life to teaching and sharing its benefits.
Most of my clients stay with me long-term, after their initial goals are met. I still train some of the dancers I started with ten years ago back when I lived in Paris (now via Zoom!). The best feedback I receive highlights my thoroughness and the deep understanding clients gain about their own bodies through my guidance. If there are any criticisms, it’s about my undying love for 80’s music!
